Change.    

It ain’t easy.

It’s uncomfortable and often painful. It can make you feel lonely and sad. It can wear you down both physically and mentally.

We are all experiencing a time of great change.

Being creative about change eases the strains often associated with growth. Here at teach. heal. create. I intend to  facilitate the changing of your thought patterns.

Embrace change and all it means. 

Who am I to assist you with change?

I know, I have been through it.  A divorce following twenty years of marriage forced me to leave a home I loved, on a farm I loved in a town that I thought I loved.  I let my teenage children stay at the only home they knew which meant essentially I felt like I left them, too.  Talk about change.

I moved out of the only town I had ever lived in and picked a town one hundred miles away that represented all I wanted for myself.

I started art schooling again  at age 40. 

I had to learn to support myself financially without a college degree to support me.  My entreprenurial ways had caught up with me.  I’d better make it on my own now.

I know change.  During my transition I sought out new methods and applied them.  I met incredible healers who can help you, too.  I filled journal after journal with thoughts and feelings and sketches.  All in the name of change.

KNOW THIS:  teach. heal. create. is not just about painful change, it’s about the JOY, LOVE, ACCEPTANCE,  EMPOWERMENT associated with growth.   It’s about all the good things in life that find you after you break free from the chains that confine you.
